Day 4

So far so good, cutting out sugars and carbs gets a bit easier each time, especially since I know what they will do to my blood sugar. It seems to take a good week before my numbers get under control..
Having diabetes and not taking care of it can be real scary..plus you don't have any noticeable symptoms until it's too late, people (myself included) tend to keep eating bad and do not take it seriously.

Day 1

Getting under control...My blood sugars are sky high.. that will be the first goal..to get under control.
That means NO sugar, NO carbs, Protien, Veggy's and some fat... I will be planning some meals and get my week all planned out... Drink lots of water and read up on some blogs...
